What types of doors do you sell?
We offer residential and commercial doors including entry doors, interior doors, barn doors, French doors, hollow metal doors, fire-rated doors, and more. We carry trusted brands like Therma-Tru, Rogue Valley, Simpson, Plastpro, and Masonite.
What’s the difference between pre-hung and slab doors?
A door slab is just the door panel, while a pre-hung door comes mounted in a frame with hinges and strike prep. Pre-hung doors are ideal for new construction or when the old frame is damaged or misaligned.
Do you carry energy-efficient products?
Yes. We offer ENERGY STAR–rated windows and insulated fiberglass and steel entry doors. Many of our products meet California Title 24 requirements.
Can I mix and match brands or materials?
Absolutely. We can guide you in selecting doors, windows, and hardware that work together both functionally and aesthetically — even across different brands.
Do you sell to both homeowners and contractors?

Ordering & Customization
Do you offer custom door sizes?
Yes. We specialize in custom sizing for both new construction and retrofit projects. Bring your rough opening dimensions or photos and we’ll help you order the right fit.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Lead times vary by manufacturer and product line, but most custom doors and windows take 4–8 weeks. We’ll provide you with a lead time estimate before you commit to any order.
Can you help me select hardware finishes and styles?
Yes. Our showroom has a range of samples, and our staff can help you compare finishes, functions, and compatibility based on your door type.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. We’re happy to provide detailed quotes for any order. Contractors and volume buyers can request line-item breakdowns for estimating and bids.

Measurements & Fit
What if I don’t know the exact measurements I need?
Bring rough measurements or photos of the opening — we’ll help you determine the right size. For unique spaces, we can guide you through measuring or schedule a jobsite walk and let us measure.
What is a rough opening vs finished opening?
The rough opening is the framed space in your wall before drywall or trim is added. Accurate rough opening measurements are key to ensuring your pre-hung door or window fits properly.
Can you match existing door styles or moulding?
In many cases, yes. Bring a photo or physical sample to our showroom, and we’ll work to match or recommend the closest available option.
Do you pre-fit the products before delivery?
Yes. We offer pre-fit and pre-hung services to match the dimensions you provide. We’ll prepare your products for easier, more accurate installation.
What should I measure if I'm replacing an existing door?
Measure the door slab width, height, and thickness — and if possible, the inside frame (jamb) dimensions. Bring photos or sketches and we’ll walk you through the rest.
Installation & Support
Do you offer installation?
No, we are not a licensed installer. However, we can refer you to trusted local contractors who are experienced with our products and can complete your project professionally.
Can I install the doors or hardware myself?
Many homeowners handle installation on their own — but we’re happy to provide prep services and guidance to make the process easier. For more complex installations, we recommend using a professional.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer delivery services throughout the Salinas and Monterey Bay area. Delivery fees and schedules vary based on order size and location.
Can you coordinate delivery with my contractor?
Absolutely. We frequently coordinate product readiness and delivery with contractors, builders, and jobsite crews.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Call us right away. We stand behind the products we sell and will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues or defects.
Showroom & Services
Where are you located?
Our showroom is at 137 Monterey St, Salinas, CA 93901. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm and welcome walk-ins — no appointment needed.
What should I bring when visiting the showroom?
Photos, rough measurements, inspiration images, or any notes about your project are helpful — but not required. Our team is ready to help regardless of where you’re starting.
Can I see samples in person?
Yes. Our showroom features product displays, finish samples, hardware boards, and style guides to help you make confident choices.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. We provide both in-showroom and on-site consultations, depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, and business accounts (for contractors). A deposit may be required for custom orders.
